Welcome to RestUp. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Wellness Purpose
RestUp is a wellness and self-reflection app designed to support your personal growth journey. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical condition.
No Accounts
RestUp does not require an account, sign-up, or login. Your data is stored on your device and backed up privately through your device's cloud service (iCloud on iOS, Google backup on Android). You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
Your Content
Everything you record in RestUp — body check-ins, recovery check-ins, and wellness data — belongs to you. It is stored on your device and never sent to us, and we claim no rights over it.
Subscriptions
Some features require RestUp Plus, an optional subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Data Deletion
You may delete your data at any time through the app settings. Because your data lives on your device, deleting it there removes it permanently. To remove cloud backups as well, delete the app's data from your iCloud or Google backup settings.
Warranty & Liability
RestUp is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
